Can Changisha show remaining ticket inventory?
Yes. Ticket records include total, sold, pending-payment, and available quantities for each ticket type.
Can organizers search ticket buyers?
Yes. The orders page can search buyer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and order references, with filters for order status.
Can a paid ticket delivery be resent?
Eligible paid orders provide a resend action. The organizer can also see whether delivery is queued, sent, or failed.
What is included in the event PDF report?
The frontend report presents the event summary, face-value ticket finances, ticket quantities, paid-order information, and guest contact records without showing internal earnings.
Does Changisha support a door-scanning or check-in screen?
Changisha currently issues QR tickets and tracks ticket records, but this page does not advertise a frontend scanning or check-in module.
