Does Changisha charge campaign organizers?
No. There is no monthly subscription or setup fee for organizers. The 2.1% Changisha service fee is charged to the contributor when a contribution succeeds.
Will contributors see the fee before they pay?
Yes. The contribution amount, Changisha service fee, any applicable payment-processing amount, and total payable are shown before payment is confirmed.
What happens when a payment does not succeed?
A Changisha service fee is only part of a successful contribution. Failed or incomplete payment attempts do not become completed campaign contributions.
